In this guide, we'll delve into navigating financial reports, focusing on the Profit and Loss Super Report. This feature provides valuable insights into your company's financial health and performance.

Accessing the Profit and Loss Super Report

  1. Navigate to Reports: On the left-hand menu, click on "Reports."

  2. Select the Profit and Loss Super Report: Locate and click on the "Profit and Loss Super Report" option.

Understanding Access Levels

Before generating a report, it's essential to understand access levels within your ProStruct360 software:

  • Access to Relevant Data: Your access level determines which data you can view and report on within the software. For instance, if you have the role of a project manager, the reports you generate will only include information related to the specific jobs you have access to.

Generating a Financial Report

Once you've accessed the Profit and Loss Super Report, follow these steps to generate a comprehensive financial report:
