1. Standard Invoicing - Flexibility at Your Fingertips

Standard Invoicing in ProStruct360 provides you with the flexibility to create and send invoices tailored to your project's progress. Here's how to use it:

Creating an Invoice:

  • Access Invoicing: To start, navigate to the invoicing section within your project.

  • Choose Standard Invoicing: Select the Standard Invoicing option.

  • Customize Your Invoice: Tailor the invoice to include all relevant project details, costs, and due dates.

Sending the Invoice:

  • Select Send: When you're ready to send the invoice, hit the "Send" button.

  • Set the Due Date: Choose a due date for the payment. ProStruct360 allows you to specify when you expect the client to make the payment.

  • PDF Creation: Upon hitting "Send," ProStruct360 generates a PDF of the invoice automatically.

  • Email the Invoice: The invoice is then attached to an email for your convenience. Simply hit "Send" to dispatch it to your client.

Standard Invoicing provides you with control over your invoicing process, ensuring you can adjust the dollar amount, delay, or pause invoices as needed.

2. Draw Schedule Invoicing - Structured Progress Payments

Draw Schedule Invoicing streamlines the invoicing process for construction projects with predetermined milestones. Follow these steps to utilize Draw Schedule Invoicing:

Setting Up a Draw Schedule:

  • Access Draw Schedule: In the invoicing section, select Draw Schedule Invoicing.

  • Define Milestones: Create milestones for your project, specifying the dollar amounts and due dates for each.

Generating Invoices:

  • Automatic Invoices: ProStruct360 automatically generates invoices when milestones are reached.

  • PDF Generation: Just like in Standard Invoicing, a PDF of each invoice is created.

  • Email the Invoices: Invoices are attached to emails for easy client communication. Hit "Send" to deliver them to your client.
